Every one of our funeral homes trades under its own name — Martin Brothers in Lethbridge, Eden’s in the foothills, Athabasca Community Chapel in the north. The people who answer the phone are the people you will meet at the door, and most of them have lived in that town for years.

Behind each of them is The Caring Group: a privately owned Western Canadian company of funeral service professionals. We provide the resources, the training and the reliable network that let a small-town home offer everything a family might need, without losing what makes it local.

Our oldest home has served its community since 1907. Across the group, more than a century of families have entrusted us with their stories, and we treat that as the privilege it is.

Our directors coach the hockey team, sit on the church board and know which coffee shop opens earliest. When a family calls, they are often calling someone they already know.

Every one of them is licensed, and every one of them can draw on colleagues across the group — for a second opinion, an unusual request or simply an extra pair of hands on a busy week.
